The SGPA has secured the Guide to Medicaid
Managed Care for our physician members. The Guide is a
compilation of research and reference checks on the top ten CMO
bidders for both the Southeast and Southwest regions.
There is diversity amongst SGPA members about
the best method for handling the transition to Medicaid managed
care. Due to this diversity, the SGPA may not contract as an
organization with any CMOs. Therefore, it is vital that our
physician members have access to information that will educate
them on choosing which CMOs to work with.
The Guide is the proprietary information of
Preferred HealthCare Consultants, LLC (PHC) and Health Resources
Group, PC (HRG) and must be presented to you in a secure format.
If you would like a hard copy of the Guide, you can contact the
SGPA to order one for approximately $100.00 (to cover the cost
of printing).
The Guide is accessible only with member username and password.
If you have not received your username and password,
please contact the SGPA.
